Our sandwich story: We make all sorts of sarnies to satisfy almost everyone – starvin’ marvins (for when you’re very hungry), pretty peckish (for when you’re quite hungry), skinny sarnies, wheat free and more.

 A lot of what we make is vegetarian and healthy but we make a mean club sandwich too. So whether you fancy chicken or cheese, sprouts or sausage, we make something to tantalise your tastebuds and keep you feeling full! If you can’t find one you like then get on the phone and tell us what your idea of sarnie heaven is. 

Why do we love sarnies so much? In 2002, we started making a few organic sandwiches by hand in our West London kitchen and found that lots of people love them as much as we do. So we started making more, and now we have much bigger kitchens to make lots and lots of them (nearly 5 million sarnies every year) – all still by hand! Organic is important! Really very important, as it means that extra care has gone into making sure that you get the very best, most planet-friendly food around.

We don’t use buttering or slicing machines and don’t deposit fillings onto your sandwiches with depositors - instead, we have a great team of sandwich makers, making the sandwiches by hand, cutting them and putting them into our recyclable boxes.  

We also have our own kitchens in which we roast the chicken and beef, grill the vegetables and make lots of the other tasty organic fillings that go onto our sandwiches. Not that we’re control freaks or anything, but we like to make sure that the recipes are made just the way we want, every time...
